Its ok, weight of tv causes the stand to face down after sometime or by a very small push.. then you will be needed to lift again and tight with spanner.. you need a spanner of 14, for tv 24 inch tv is the maximum possible. i will recommend only upto 22 inch tv.. 24 inch tv is not suited correctly..
