This tab is worth every penny, I'll start of with pros and cons

Amazing display
Great processor
Stereo speakers sound pretty good
Back cam performs very well for a tab
Micro sd slot for expansion
4:3 aspect ratio is well suited for browsing and reading documents

Cons
Poorly optimised software ( should give cm 11 a try)

I have to say, the tablet looks really great. I have tried many hardcore games on this, they all worked perfectly even at maximum settings. Although the tablet heated up on the upper sides.

Now after using it for a few days:

Pros:
1. Ultimate gaming experience: throw any game at it, it would handle it.
2. Beautiful Screen: Nothing beats it.
3. Hardware Specs: Unmatchable at this price
4. Good Battery life: Would last 1.5 ...

I have been using this for over a month now. And overall my experience with Mi pad is positive. Yes, its true that many inbuilt apps and few features available on mobile version of MIUI OS are missing here but still the OS is sleek and very functional. But its android and you always have access to plethora of apps which should deal with almost anything you need on a tablet.

Xiaomi Mi Pad has the best hardware for price.Coming from a Nexus 7 2013 32GB (see my review there too!) and HTC One M8 I had my benchmarks set high for this.The processor,GPU,display,speakers and overall build are much beyond this price range.But I personally didn't like MIUI much, though your opinion may vary.

Given such a powerful hardware inside, the tablet isnt supposed to stutter. To my surprise, it stutters, even for the simplest tasks, like scrolling through playstore. One thing i dont understand is, It hardly has 800 MB of free memory out of 2 Gigs even in idle conditions. A full fledged Windows 7 desktop OS uses only around 800 MB in idle conditions, but this faulty MIUI uses around 1200 MB. That is simply ridiculous. The OS itself is a half-baked one, crashes very often giving an error 'MI...

Hey folks ...I recently bought this super MI Pad ....Was in a lot of confusion which one to buy....compared all others ...DELL HP Samsung ...but this one from MI is a superb offering in this price range. Now I wanna go step by step with all the pros n cons listed below:

I am a little shocked at the moment because many of my favorite apps are not compatible with this device, such as NDTV, TOI, Cleartrip, Yatra, Google Keep, Citibank, Foodpanda to name a few.
