Received laptop in good condition, but screen was showing minute scratch mark from inside screen only visible when white screen shows. That seems to be a factory rejected product. But when comparing with this much discount that is negligible.
Performance of the laptop is under observation.

One good feature is that it uses i3 6th generation, 4GB DDR4 Ram compared to DDR3 by other laptop in same price range. DDR4 is almost double as fast as DDR3.
Battery life is also good. While watching 720p movie around 4 hrs, while browsing around 2.5-3hrs , and otherwise upto 5 hrs. So pretty good for battery
Other features are expected for this price range.
1 year Laptop loss Warranty is a good feature.

Good design, lightweight, compact, self chequered pattern, good display. A bit slow but should be fast enough if the Ram is further upgraded to 8 GB. Serves basic purpose of surfing, office work and daily chores. Comes with Windows10 OS, however Microsoft Office is not available and has to be bought separately. However, this justifies at the price bought in @ Rs.22K only on offer. Comes with 1 yr McAfee security subscription. Suggested if you are looking for a budget laptop for home personal ...

have been using this product from 2 months now. Battery back up is good, and laptop is portable . there was a small issue with MS OFFICE for which i reached out to Dell support team and they were quite helpful and supportive

Excellent machine. Dell support is appreciable. Good connectivity wifi and BT. However, video playback is not up to mark. Good purchase for this price.

Very good with a perfect cost ...in the cost it is the only cheapest thing to bought..but little bit strucks but it's fine while operating
